As we are waiting for the outcome of this frivolous lawsuit numerous other dogs are in dire need of rescue, on death row as we speak - may not even get a last breakfast this morning, and this woman who is operating as a tax exempt organization-in-the-name-of-RESCUE, who is wasting precious, very precious time and money fighting this case, for what...one (1) dog who clearly belongs to someone else, all the while completely dragging and tarnishing everything holy and good about rescues and organizations who are there to truly help all dogs and give themselves tirelessly always and in all ways without any reward or profit or stupid lawsuits.

The kill statements from the franklin county shelter for the months of May, June, July and August should be posted on this woman's front door and her "rescue" website so she knows that those are all on her head now! (The Franklin County Dog Shelter, located in Columbus Ohio, euthanized 4,739 dogs in 2012. That is an average of 13 DOGS EVERY DAY! An astounding 53% of dogs not returned to their owners were euthanized.)
