Review for Central Ohio Sheltie Rescue Inc, Columbus, OH, USA
As a rescuer and owner of a rare breed. I find the action of this group despicable. This group's refusal to turn Piper over to her owner and in fact post $10k bond shows her need for power over this situation, not the best interest of the dog. There are many other homeless and needy dogs which could benefit from these funds. Not Piper - she already has a home and rightful owner.
