Review for East Bay SPCA, Oakland, CA, USA
Have had a wonderful experience volunteering at the SPCA. All around, the place was friendly and professional at every turn. The volunteer leaders have been patient and flexible.

Get volunteers from point a to point b more quickly although I understand why the need for training.
