Review for Central Ohio Sheltie Rescue Inc, Columbus, OH, USA
Why would a rescue not put their energy and funds towards dogs in need? Spending money to keep a dog away from its owners is disgusting.. I am a supporter of rescues but we all need to be sure we know who the rescues really are that we are supporting.
