No stars for this rescue. I have no doubt that the courts will return this dog to its legal and rightful owners as this rescue should have done long ago. Spending 10 grand to send this to court , not counting attorney fees and other court costs, thousands of dollars and man hours that SHOULD be spend helping dogs who are truly in need is outright theft from the rescue pockets and those who donated those funds. I hope the owner filed a felony theft charge when this is all over.

It is very concerning to all pet lovers to realize that if your pet becomes lost, a rescue may not give you your dog back and you will have to fight it out in court. Something is very wrong here.
