Review for Panzou Project Inc, N Miami Beach, FL, USA
I worked as the Job Developer/Community Resource Coordinator for the PanZOu Project. PanZOu is a home to the curious, unsure, or forgotten souls seeking out a place to share their experiences, connect with their peers and mentors, and open doors that were locked before they walked into the welcoming arms of the PanZOu community. In my position at the organization, I had the opportunity to touch the lives of a few hundred youth seeking out job opportunities, community service possibilities, and positive places to move into for their future dreams. These kids are tomorrow's leaders, dreamers, and are a part of our community today. We must be the change we wish to see in the world. PanZOu affords this opportunity to all those who walk through their doors and reaches out to those who may be a little shy in entering. PanZOu allowed me to experience a dream opportunity everyday by letting my visions melt into the mission of the agency. PanZOu helped my dreams as an employee take flight as I was able to creatively find new opportunities to enrich the lives of the youth of PanZOu.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
being afforded the opportunity to let my creativity flow through finding new opportunities to assist the youth with the career, job, college, and future goals.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
seeing the lives of the staff and the clients change in a positive way.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
people dedicated to the mission and changing the lives of the clients as well as personal growth for themselves. PanZOu inspires staff to be a better worker by giving endless opportunities to grow through personal introspective opportunity.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
Change the lives of millions of youth.
Ways to make it better...
we had more funds and the majority of the staff would not have had to leave due to the lack of funding.
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
the lack of funding, the lack of the community coming together to make sure that this organization which is making the community safer is able to continue in its mission.
