Review for Boston Partners in Education, Boston, MA, USA
I joined Boston Partners in Education when I first joined KPMG last summer. I met with Simon, a 2nd grader at Quincy Elementary in Chinatown, weekly to improve his reading and comprehension skills. I developed an amazing relationship with Simon. He was shy and tentative when we first met. Over time, he became more confident, read aloud with a much clearer and louder voice, and began to trust me and look forward to our sessions. It was such an amazing transformation, and made the experience so fulfilling for me.

Provide a wider variety of activity packets for our lunch sessions with the kids.
