Review for Beauty's Haven Farm and Equine Rescue, Inc., Morriston, FL, USA
I saw their website on Facebook and before I donated Iwanted to see for myself what kind of rescue this was. I went there and was amazed at the entire rescue. First it was immaculate, the pasture, the barn and all of the animals were lovingly taken care of my Theresa and her husband and some volunteers. They perform miracles on some of the horses like Betsy Rose who could not raise up her head she was so starved. It took love, kindness and many hours and veterinarian bills to get her into a sling so she could eventually stand. She was beyond starved when she arrived. She was almost dead. But Theresa pulled her through as she does with so many of the animals. These people are dedicated and have about 32 horses and dog and donkeys and it takes hours a day. I WAS SO IMPRESSED AND GRATEFUL TO SEE SUCH AN OPERATION IN FLORIDA where people seem to just starve or throw away animals on the road. This place deserves any honors and donations from any equine or animal lover. They work tirelessly and the animals get the best including vet care, operations, chemotherapy, farriers and whatever is needed to help the animals including staying up all night for every animal that needs it.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
give them more people to help to Theresa can get more rest and ask for more donations so they can help more animals.... they are doing an EXCEPTIONAL job and I would change nothing except to give them more help and ask for more donations to relieve the stress that must come from seeing animalsin need without the money to take more in or to get what the optimum might be including cooling units, etc.
