Review for Geohazards International, Pleasanton, CA, USA
Here in Baja California, we know the Mission and Objectives of GHI in 1998. GHI help us to participate in the Radius Project launched by ISDR. GHI helped to organize people and institutions around a reality, the urban seismic risk. A growing risk if you don't work in your identification and solution. In 1999 at the end of the project we founded the Tijuana Radius Working Group (TRWG) and in 2014 we still working in this.
Our website is http://radius-tij.cicese.mx . In this site you can fin all the story and development of this group.
When we start the project in 1998, Lic. Vega de la Madrid was the city major, now Lic. Vega is governor of Baja California and he also recognize this effort and is supporting the TRWG.
Congratulations to GHI and all your members! Baja California citizens appreciated all your guidance and help. Thanks Brian!
