This agency exploits their therapists by paying them very low wages, dropping their benefits, not giving any raises, and micromanaging their work/ to the extreme.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
bring in new administrators who can revamp the whole agency. This place has been run by the same dinosaurs who are unable to make any changes for the better.
