The Wounded Warrior Project has proven to show its continued efforts to reach out and support those having difficulty in transitioning to civilian life. Their services have helped me and so many other veterans to focus on rebuilding confidence, many of whom have grown detached from their loved ones and/or society at large especially after traumatic experiences serving/deploying. Events that are inclusive towards family members and close friends of the Warrior, and events that bring Warriors together directly have created a special opportunities to maintain camaraderie and bring more meaning to life after service. I am deeply grateful for what they do.
