I adopted two dogs from HOPE. They do an excellent job matching the people and the dog. The volunteers take the time to make sure that it is best match for all involved. The HOPE volunteers are honest about any known issues (every animal has issues, just like people) with the dogs and the cats. The group welcomes new volunteers and genuinely cares for the dogs and cats. HOPE offers low cost spaying and neutering for the local communities as a way to deal with the problem of overpopulations.

HOPE is an outstanding animal rescue group. The volunteers genuinely care about the dogs and the cats that they are helping as well as the community. They work hard to save as many dogs and cats they can that are at risk of being killed. They also sponsor low cost spaying and neutering for dogs and cats in the local area. They strive to find the best match for the dogs and cats and the people wanting to adopt. Having recently moved out of the area, I am having a difficult time finding another rescue group with the same high standards and practices.
