Review for Jewish Vocational & Career Counseling Service, San Francsico, CA, USA
JVS consistently impresses me as one of the most effective, caring and well-run organizations in the local field. I work with a number of nonprofits that engage in job training, so I know that JVS rises above the pack with its range of programs, reach in the community, depth of services, integrity, and incredible attention to tracking and measuring the impact of its work. In the San Francisco Bay Area, it is consistently regarded as one of the top organizations doing this work. The executive director, Abby Snay, has an excellent reputation for compassion and competence - and she deserves it! The more I get to know JVS, the more impressed I am.
