Blessed Ministries Inc. has been a blessing to us here at Five Guys Restaurant at the Millburn Mall. We started hiring some of our employees since November 2009 through them and so far, I would say 90% of them have been great. We deal mostly with Tiffany Gelpi and she is such a joy to work with. She is always very up-beat and helpful. Any issue we had with our employees from BMI, be it scheduling, work ethics, etc; Tiffany had dealt with it in a very professional and most importantly, timely manner.In fact, all the individuals (BMI staff)that we have met in the past have been very friendly and helpful.I highly recommend BMI to businesses that need to hire a high volume of staff but do not have the time to do so because BMI does a very good job in pre-screening the individuals that meet your criteria(s) for your business.
