I can think of no better cause to serve than the safety and welfare of children, our most vulnerable members of society. As a donor, I receive regular updates about the great work of the Children's Advocacy Center. I was most impressed with an illustration showing that abused children served by CAC do not have to tell their stories many times over to numerous professionals, because the CAC coordinates services and delivers them as a team. To me, this says that the CAC thinks first about what is in the best interest of the child, while at the same time including family as appropriate. It is all the more impressive that the CAC offers preventive services and parenting classes as well as treatment. I never have to wonder if my donation is well spent. The CAC improves lives!
