This place is in terrible management. The dogs are being mistreated by staff members who have little or no experience. I have seen these staff members grab the dogs by the neck and pull them across the kennels. I understand that they are trying to improve things by hiring new people. Whoever is responsible for the hiring doesn't seem to have a clue what a dog person is. If they want to improve things this person should be removed asap! This place needs people who understand dog behavior to be able to say that they care!
