I visited the Wild Animal Sanctuary about a month ago with my husband. I had heard about it a couple years ago and I had been wanting to go ever since! I absolutely loved it there! I love what they stand for and what they do for the animals there. I could just tell that the animals were much happier there than they had ever been. It brought tears to my eyes just knowing where these animals came from and knowing what all the hard working people at the sanctuary have done for them. And I'm glad to know that they do not breed and exploit the animals like some sanctuaries continue to do once the animals are rescued. This is one amazing place and the people that work and volunteer here are also amazing. I am always telling people about it now and suggesting they visit it, because they deserve to get all the support they can get! Highly recommend it! A lot less better than the zoo, less crowded, better view of the animals, and best of all, the animals look happy!
