Charleston Animal Society's forward thinking is a breath of fresh air. The staff and volunteers work tirelessly to fulfill the mission and provide excellent care to the animals. The No Kill South Carolina initiative is instrumental in preventing needless euthanasia to healthy dogs in the state.
