I lost my daughter to suicide 4 years ago. At the one year mark I learned of FFF and their weekend getaway in Connecticut for grieving survivors of loss and I participated. It was the most emotional, enlightening and powerful source of support I have received. It was so wonderful to be with others feeling the same way trying to deal with and understand our losses. I can't say enough about the weekend I spent with them. Although I have not had the opportunity again since I live in Canada I keep abreast of what is going on and where and hopefully one day can join them again. I hope they receive this grant as they deserve the recognition they have worked so hard to achieve and have helped so many others like myself and many more to come. Thank you FFF for all your support and information, you have been a big part of my healing.
