Review for Cupertino Senior Tv Productions, Cupertino, CA, USA
A great way to learn new things. Learning improves your memory and keeps you young.
Producing TV shows is fun. I had no knowledge in this field when I joined at age 74. You learn on the job, from the members and by classes at KMVT where the shows are produced. We serve the Bay Area community with news and information. We have done numerous programs for the valley's no-profits.
The members decide on the programs we produce, maybe you have an idea for one. How do you think you friends and grand kids will react when you tell them you are a TV producer?
The club is part of the Cupertino Senior Center.

Review for Family Supportive Housing, San Jose, CA, USA
At San Jose Family Shelter run by Family Supportive Housing, I have seen first-hand the faces of the children and their mother, father or both as they are met by their case manager for a check-in. There is a sense of relief by the parents that they have someone who cares about their unique situation; someone who is there to guide their steps on the road to self-sufficiency. The children may seem puzzled, but seem to lack fear in this place of safety--and hope.

If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
complete their capital campaign for the new San Jose Family Residence, outfit the new facility with all the planned GREEN amenities, and run the place for a couple of years. WoW...that would be wonderful!
