Review for Haiti Micah Project Inc, Alexandria, VA, USA
The Haiti Micah Project assists the street children of Mirebalais, Haiti. HMP reaches many of the neediest children in the world, meeting their basic needs by providing food, clean water, housing, health care, education, vocational training, spiritual and emotional care, guidance, and skills. As adults these citizens will play important future roles in improving living conditions in this poverty-stricken country.
The Haiti Micah Project has ZERO fundraising expenses, does NOT compensate any directors or volunteers, and has minimal administrative expenses. Materials and services, including management, administration, legal, financial, and secretarial are donated by dedicated individuals.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Provide access to high-dollar grants from philanthropic foundations - which would enable construction, equipping, and staffing of a Vocational Center and a large Orphanage.
