Review for A Forever-Home Rescue Foundation, Inc., Chantilly, VA, USA
I am a foster with AFH and I have been so impressed by how much care and compassion goes into every single dog. The organization takes care of every medical need these little ones have no matter how much it may cost. And they are committed to not only find a home for each one but to find a safe and happy home for them where they can live as a loved part of the family. They are all so precious that I always want to adopt every foster I receive but when I see the smiles on the adopters faces when they pick up their new pet, I'm always happy I get to give them that gift of a new friend!!

Thanks so much, Catherine! The kind words are great, but the time, energy, and compassion you dedicate through fostering mean so much more. Handing over your foster dog to the new owner can be such a bittersweet moment -- you hate to let them go because they have worked their way into your heart, but you know that it is exactly this moment that you've been working toward since you accepted the responsibility of fostering. The knowledge that you have had a positive impact on so many lives (the dog's, you & your family's, and the adoptive family's) serves as a wonderful reward for the investment you've made. Thanks again!
