Review for Hometown Community Development Corporation, Upland, CA, USA
This company is a slum lord in disguise. They do not maintain their properties until forced to by the community the property is located. They DO NOT care about the neighbors of their properties or the community. The house next door to me had grass over 4 ft high with weeds over 5 ft high. Until this company was notified by my city they REFUSED to maintain the property.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Make them care about other people. To be considerate to the neighbors of their properties & maintain the properties properly. To maintain the property as if it was located next door their own home. Remember the GOLDEN RULE!!!!!!!!!!!
