Review for Coastal Pet Rescue Inc, Savannah, GA, USA
Coastal Pet Rescue is a dedicated group of people who work tirelessly advocating for animal rights, saving lives, giving chances to animals who do not have a hope for a future without their support. We see beauty through the bars of cages where there is often no other option for the animal other than to be put to sleep. Many suffer from diseases that have to be addressed costing hundreds of dollars. One of my own pets was part of a major rescue effort when a mother and 5 puppies were rescued. The mother was tied to a tree while trying to keep her puppies alive. She was emaciated, the pups filled with parasites. Kind people eagerly accepted the pups into their homes, mine included. Two of the fosters ended up adopting these wonderful puppies. The mom was heart worm positive and had to go through treatment. She is now being loved by a wonder family. They are known as Darla and her puppies. We are truly in love with our Maxx, one of Darla's boys. We are thankful to know that someone cared enough to rescue them all.
