Unethical rescue! Refusing to return dog to owner that has proven with registration, photos etc that Piper belongs to the owner. I hope they get sued and are forced to return this poor dog to it's rightful owner. Shame on them! This poor dog misses it's owner as does the owner miss and loves her dog Piper. This rescue has major ego issues and are in rescue for the wrong reason.
