I would be wary of posting in a public forum that Veronica Covatch is lying. That is libel. This dog was co-owned with another person......that does not make Veronica any less an owner of Piper. And she has documentation to prove ownership that is being ignored. She has offered for the director of COSR to come to her home and see how Piper is cared for, she has offered to pay for DNA testing since she also owns Piper's dam.......all in addition to providing numerous documentation that proves ownership. The director of COSR may technically be operating with in the limits of the law.....but she is not behaving in an ethical, morally responsible manner. She is jeopardizing the reputation and future of the COSR organization and her behavior has already garnered withdrawal of support from National Rescue.
