The Hispanic national bar foundation is in no way associated with the Hispanic national bar association. This organization continues to miss lead donors by using the name of the Hispanic national bar association without disclosing to donors that it is not associated with the Hispanic national bar association. This organization also misleads universities and law schools by failing to disclose that it is not associated with the Hispanic national bar association.
