Review for Secure Beginnings, Ojai, CA, USA
I have volunteered and worked with the Nan Tolbert Nurturing Center (NTNC) since 2009. This organization provides a valuable community service by supporting families during the most critical years of child development. As a ParentCare volunteer, I provided in-home support to families immediately after the birth of their children. The philosophy behind this program is that when parents are well cared for they are better able to bond and care for their child. I have been extremely impressed with the center's unique approach to ensuring families have the resources and support they need to thrive by tailoring services to each families individual journey.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
I would like to see the organization expand to serve a greater geographic area. All communities deserve a center like NTNC to ensure parents and children have the resources they need.
