FHS is a non profit organization. I have volunteered off and on for over 9 years. This program has high standards when it comes to caring for cats and dogs (occasionally ducks). FHS makes sure all their pets are spayed/neutered and healthy. Its not easy being a foster mom. FHS main goal is to find loving homes for cats and dogs.
