Review for North Texas Food Bank, Plano, TX, USA
My team spent a day at the North Texas Food Bank recently, and everyone loved the experience. They were so impressed with the layout and efficiency of the organization, and they were intrigued by the various productivity efforts that have been put in place. (Most of my team focuses in improving efficiency and productivity in the mainteance efforts of Southwest Airlines.) The Teambuilding opportunity was excellent, and everyone love the opportunity to set a goal for packing food, and then find ways to improve on that goal. We all have been talking about it for days, and my Leader has already talked to our Vice President about doing a Leadership Teambuilding for our senior leaders at the NTFB! We can't wait to come back.
