I was so disappointed with my pick up experience this past Friday that I immediately phoned in to have my name removed from the calling list. I happened to be in my front room when the truck pulled up to my home, and I watched both of the gentleman take my bags and larger items, stand at the back of the truck, swing their arms back or over their head and throw my donation into their truck. I was so upset that your staff/volunteers would disrespect a donation. Among other items, my bags were filled with nearly new/gently used electronics, small kitchen appliances, and household decorations, and it is a shame that these items surely arrived damaged, broken, and/or needing to be discarded rather than make it to someone who could have used them. I donate to many organizations, many times throughout the year--including this one. Thank you for making me aware that US Against MS is an organization that will no longer receive my donations.
