My Nonprofit Reviews

James E. Hinkle, M.D.
Review for Atlanta Mission, Atlanta, GA, USA
I began by serving on the Atlanta Union Mission Board in 1976 with the idea that I could provide assistance as a physician to the new influx of clients with mental illness. Since that year I have been on the Board in one capacity or another, however not in the role as physician. My involvement became much deeper with service on committees, to providing gifts for clients, to raising money, and even to chairing the Board. Whenever I think that I might have completed my service over 33 plus years I am convinced and compelled to remain as a volunteer and Board member, hoping that I can contribute in any other or new way to this fine organization.
