When I found the FOTCM it literally changed my life. Their way of living has helped me become a more calm and thoughtful individual. It brought me back to what feels like my real self. I have also learned so much more than I had ever thought I could with their websites of endless information. With the advantages of Eiriu Eolas (their meditation program) and the recommended diet I've become less stressed, lost weight and feel better than I have in years. I look forward to one day being a part of one of their community living projects as I have experienced this in short term with other members and it truly is the way life should be lived imo.

For anyone searching for a better way of life, a more honest and truer kind of life, I highly recommend the Fellowship for what they have done for me and many others that I have met personally. I could never be thankful enough.
