This organization should be shut down. The horses are thin and in poor condition because they are not well cared for and the facility is too overcrowded.

Recommend Dept of Ag relocate most of the horses to another facility; limit the amount of horses PAWS cares for to 12; follow-up to ensure the animals are receiving the proper care.
