Review for Manito Life Center, Allentown, PA, USA
Manito Life Center has the right ideas but wrong owner of this not for profit 501(c). I am very surprised this company has not been been forced to close their doors or had their 501(c) pulled from them. There are so many problems with this Stable (examples: Not giving the horses rabies vaccine, not treating the horses for a problem until the problem has visual effect like worms that cause the horses to rub their tails bald, hiding the facts from people boarding their horses, not treating employees with respect, fabricating lies to cover the facts, like telling people Manito rescues horses when in fact 2 horses were shipped to a known kill buyer because the stable owner did not want to keep those 2 horses anymore).

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Start with giving horses the required Rabies vaccine, If a horse were to be bitten by a animal with rabies and then the horse bit a therapy student that would be the end of Manito and the Farm. I would treat all staff and the individuals boarding their horses at Manito with respect, trust and honesty . I would be at the stable everyday -show I care, not be there just for complaints. I would make Manito a happy, safe and loving stable for everyone no matter what their situation.
