FOTCM has made available all kind of helpful material, based on research, that aims to improve your mental, physical and spiritual life. FOTCM is a community of people, who share the concern of the state of the world and have common aim in increasing their knowledge and being. It is open to anyone willing to learn and do self-work.
This organization has helped me to improve my life in many ways. I feel more connected to my feelings and have more understanding of our reality. Meditation program Eiriu Eolas has been very helpful to release stress and suppressed emotions. recommended Paleo diet has strengthen my physical and mental capacity. The knowledge i've gained from the recommended literatury has been eye-opening.
I haven't seen anything as helpful, honestly managed organization in my life before.
