In the past 5 years Sidney Stern Memorial Trust has been a partner and supporter of Christ Channel Network programs and activities with yearly grants .CCN House management/development of supportive housing for homeless individuals and families is making remarkable achievements. In fact, 95% of CCN House individuals and families have successfully moved on to independent lives, have maintained their sobriety and housing stability. CCN Housing Project currently covers ten scattered residential property sites in the City and County of Los Angeles.
