Review for Pasado's Safe Haven, Sultan, WA, USA
Please see remarks under suggested changes. Volunteer of 3 years. Some animals have been there since I began volunteering (some up on a steep hill, in a dirty yard, with little social interaction). Volunteer Coordinator is disrespectful and unprofessional to volunteers.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Hire qualified staff using professional hiring protocols.Market the poor animals by taking them off the secluded farm or by allowing visitation hours for potential adopters as your intake of animals from abuse cases embroiled in litigation is no longer an issue (update your mission). Treat volunteers with respect as they may also donors be.
