It is my understand that "non-profit" is a term indicating that any company can file for this status. It is also does not indicate that they are a "charity." The non-profit is my understand that they only have to show a "zero profit" for the end of the tax year. Based on this information, I was also also told that if there is a profit at the end of the year it is given to the executives as a bonus thus meeting the "non-profit qualifications." Also that each store is a franchise so this probably gives the same opportunity to those owners. Is this information TRUE???

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Expose them for the above practice assuming my information is true by reviewing the HQ financial statements. The killer pair is that rumor has it that the overall President is receiving over $650,000 as a salary. If true they should be exposed and be removed from our trust fund.
