SELF is truly a divine & one of a kind non profit organization. To listen to the divine teachings of Swami Vidyadishananda is beyond anything describable. Whether it be a live stream or an actual event under the guidance of His Holiness, the experience is equally magical & phenomenal.

I first met Swamiji at the India House for the Swasti Kalpanam peace mass conducted on 9/11/2010 in Houston. Ganapati Atharvasirsham was chanted 120 times. The vedic peace chants were extremely soothing and blissful. To be in the presence of Swami Vidyadishanada is a great panacea for the ever turbulent mind. One feels a sense of calm & peace that can only be experienced.

I consider myself truly fortunate to be under the guidance of such a Divine Master. It was a life changing moment. All worldly illusions are shattered by simply listening to his teachings. The Reverential Silence that Swamiji recommends on retreats helps one focus & imbibe the nuances of his teachings in the most efficient manner possible. Swamiji also focuses a lot on pranayama & yoga along with Ayurvedic/sattvic cuisine to tune the mind inward & rise spiritually. He is truly a GUIDING FORCE in my life.
