I just returned from another great surgical mission with Blanca's House. We were able to perform surgeries for 3 days and help folks who wouldn't normally be able to access care. What a great group of medical and non-medical volunteers. Participating in the missions is always very professionally challenging and personally rewarding. Blanca's House is a wonderful organization that is committed to providing high-level compassionate care to those in need.

I have been volunteering with Blanca's House since 2010. I have participated in over 20 surgical missions. Blanca's House is a wonderful organization and I have seen first hand how it changes the lives of those who are treated as well as those who volunteer. I have been fortunate to participate in a number of missions with my son, daughter, and my Dad. My daughter has done numerous missions and is now in a Doctoral Nursing program motivated by her first mission as a high school student. My Dad is in such awe of the work the charity does, he is a regular volunteer who helps handle the IT needs of the mission. Volunteering with Blanca's House has been the most personally rewarding and professionally challenging thing in my life. I encourage everyone to volunteer or donate.

I recently returned from my 10 th surgical mission with Blanca's House. Each time I volunteer, I am amazed at the passion and commitment of the charity and it's volunteers. Long hours of hard work that is so rewarding it is addicting. I will continue to volunteer with Blanca's House and tell anyone who will listen, what a worthy charity it is.

Blanca's House is charity organization that provides surgical care to underserved populations in South and Central America. I am a Nurse Anesthetist and have been on 7 missions over the last few years. It has been the most professionally challenging and personally rewarding experience of my life. Both of my children have participated in missions to Ecuador as Junior Volunteers and are both ready to come again. It is an eye opening experience for an American teenager to see the conditions that exist outside of their "bubble". My Dad, who is retired and has no medical background, is now a regular volunteer and travels with Blanca's House more than I do! I have met so many amazing people working with Blanca's House I always look forward to our next mission. It is a wonderful organization that I hope to be involved with for a long time.
