Working with Bhumi has given me a lot of Inner Peace. I am very much fond of Children and engaging with them and my co-volunteers gives me immense pleasure. Apart from Volunteering, Bhumi also nurtures the potential skills and leadership qualities from within. Bhumi has also given me the platform to express myself and share my views, where they are equally respected and taken into account as well. Caring and Sharing is what Bhumi is all about. In the end of the day, bringing Smiles in the faces of Children and Volunteers gives me the satisfaction. Happy to be associated with Bhumi and looking forward to do more. Thank You Bhumi

I am very proud and happy to be a part of this wonderful family. I took up volunteering at Bhumi, through my friend. At first, I wanted to spend some time with kids here and make some good moments. But later, it kindled the responsibility into my mind that I'm personally responsible for what these children will become and how they see us and inspire. I'm highly satisfied with what I'm doing and will continue to do this service forever.

No changes are required for the current system, as it is purely open. The management is open to all for comments, suggestions and views. Therefore, we as a family, run this NGO succesfully.
