My Nonprofit Reviews

Review for Northwest Education Access, Seattle, WA, USA
SEA is a great non-profit organization. They helped my mom go back to college and succeed. My mom has great grades and community support from SEA, because she lacks the support from her family of origin. My mom would have not been able to support me and take care of me without an education. Without SEA my mom would not have been able to get an education; they provided her with a scholarship, tutoring, academic advising and wrap around support. SEA allowed my mom not to be a lost cause as well as not to be sucked into the welfare system because they helped her fight stay in school. SEA ROCKS!!!

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
because my mom was able to get her education with the help of SEA and that made it so she would be able to support me independently without being on welfare.
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
They treat you like a human being regardless of your personal views, sexual orientation, religion, sex, race, etc. SEA is a community organization that cares.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
great, everyone constantly is nice and open-minded. They treat you like your a person NOT A NUMBER
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
help everyone around the world get an education.
Ways to make it better...
there is nothing that could make my experience better because SEA is awesome at what they do!!!
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Not enough funding to always provide NEW students with scholarships
