Review for World Water Relief, Atlanta, GA, USA
Prior to being on the board of World Water Relief, I took for granted the privilege of drinking safe water whenever I wanted. Can you imagine not having access to water when you want it? And then if you did have it in hand, not knowing if it would make you severely sick- risking your life, the life of your children or unborn children for that matter? To me it’s a no-brainer to be passionate about clean water. But, not everyone understands the importance of this. What makes WWR unique is that we not only build sustainable projects (10+ years), but we become a true part of the community. We educate both children and parents- these are the factors that bring about real, meaningful and lasting change!

Find additional sources of funding to buy items such as a truck that allows staff to travel between Haiti and the Dominican Republic safely and easily.
