Review for Pacific Marine Mammal Center, Laguna Beach, CA, USA
I visited the Pacific Marine Mammal Center (PMMC) several years ago when I lived in the area. I was super impressed! That memory stayed with me during a move away and then a move back, after retiring from working with animals for 42 years. Now that I’m back, I reached out to offer to volunteer there. After finishing an impressive and thorough volunteer training program recently, I am now volunteering there. My memories were correct. Now that I’m there regularly, I’m even more impressed! Keep up the great work Team PMMC!!

Having worked in the animal welfare field for over thirty years, I can say that I have never worked for, worked with or known of an organization like Second Chance Center for Animals. Their work of only and exclusively rescuing from other rescues, makes them unique in this field. I am proud to be a part of such a unique organization doing such important, life saving work!
