Review for Project Hawai'i, Inc., Kea'au, HI, USA
WOW! where to begin...it is hard to pick just one experience. What can you say when you first meet with the director. At first she seems overwhelmed and maybe not organized, but then when you realize all she does, it is a bit much for one person. They you work on the project at hand, thinking, is this really going to work out? There is so much to do and not enough hands. Then you realize Magin doesn't work in the same world as the rest of us, she works in the world of magic, where everything comes together, and everyone is cared for. This is how I can explain my experience with Christmas Wish Program, Inc.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
a way that is too wonderful for words. I have seen homeless children grow throughout the years and gain the self-esteem needed to change their future. I have seen teen moms go back to school and get jobs to raise their children properly. Just to say a few
What I've enjoyed the most about my experience with this nonprofit is...
working with the children, seeing the differences over the years.
The kinds of staff and volunteers that I met were...
both good and not so good. I wish that people who volunteered were there for the children and not focused on themselves so much.
If this organization had 10 million bucks, it could...
change the world as we know it. Magin is dynamic and really focuses on change. She is amazing with the little money she does collect, just imagine what she could do with more....just imagine.
How frequently have you been involved with the organization?
About every month
