Review for Tandem, Partners in Early Learning, San Francisco, CA, USA
Raising a Reader offers a grassroot approach to early literacy. By bringing books to families' first educational contact: preschools, they're able to make a lasting impression in a child's life. Not only does it promote early literacy, it also encourages children parent interaction which can be hard for a busy working parents. I look forward to going home and reading a book with my child and I just have to bring it back to school every week.
