The head of the non-profit Swami Vidyadhishananda Giri is a Himalayan monk of the Vedantic tradition. While most monks seldom appear in public, we are lucky to have him in our midst imparting valuable spiritual teachings essential for the welfare of humanity and strengthening the roots of Vedic heritage.

He is a seer of highest Advaitic realization and a fountain head of knowledge. He can explain not only spiritual truths in a lucid manner but also expound on several subjects ranging from neuroscience, music, Ayurveda astrology and many more. He is blessed with exceptional intelligence and prodigious memory. ( He can remember every devotee's name!). He is a compassionate, loving guide and mentor to many devotees seeking his blessings and solace.

The mission of the non-profit is to disseminate indigenous knowledge of ancient Sanskrit tradition preserved through the lineages of Himalayan monks. Under his leadership the non-profit offers retreats, fellowships and workshops for disseminating wellness, wellbeing and meditation practices that have been preserved through his lineages. Many seekers and devotees have benefited from these and have been able to make the necessary changes to their lifestyle. He is one of the few Kriya yoga teachers offering spiritual initiations in the West. He pays individual attention to the seekers and tailors the spiritual teachings/techniques suited for their personality. We in the west are truly lucky to have this pious soul amidst us, guiding us to into the realms of spirituality. I consider myself blessed to be associated with a realized Master like him!

The non-profit also is also working towards preserving Sanskrit literature and making it more accessible thus bridging the gap between science and spirituality.


The staff at the Non-profit are courteous and always eager to guide and help during our interactions with them.

With an excellent mission, a Vedantic visionary directing the non-profit and an energetic staff I would encourage anybody on the path of spirituality to check this Non-profit out!
