"It's A Wonderful Life!" is an uplifting Hollywood classic movie of hope and redemption shot in the 1940s starring Jimmy Stewart. It's my favorite. But I also have a front row center seat in real life which I've occupied each and every day since 1996 as landlord of two of Center Point's residence homes in San Rafael, California. At both I've witnessed game changing comebacks in health and attitude of the residents themselves. And I've stood and cheered as each received their graduation diploma upon graduation... now well on their way to a "Wonderful NEW Life!" Dave Bartruff
