Review for The Pepper Foundation , Studio City, CA, USA
Julie Chadwick and The Pepper Foundation is a valuable resource for those most in need, the old and the sick shelter animals. Julie has saved countless seniors, often with severe medical issues and few donations. I have known Julie since we volunteered together at LAAS, before she founded her rescue, and she has always been a passionate advocate for the helpless and needy seniors.
